The unclogging process is as follows:

Remove the lid and insert a paper clip into the centre hole of the mouthpiece.
Remove the lid of the vape and insert a small tool, such as a paper clip, into the centre hole of the mouthpiece.
Rotate the tool and pull it up.
Repeat this step 3 to 5 times.
Blow into the charging port to ensure airflow through the vape.
